Who is responsible for shipping and/or shipping costs?

4.Exchange and Refunds

 Satisfaction is fully guaranteed.  If less than satisfied, please return your purchase within 10 business days for credit, refund, or exchange.  Returns should be sent by insured US mail or UPS to: Customer Service Department, I-padala.net,(To Our Livezchat Support) 34 Garden St., Farmingdale , NY 11735.  We will credit your Less 15% re-Staocking fee Original payment method less shipping and handling charges. 

5. Our out-of-stock Policy

I-padala.net tries its best to remove from the website the ones that are out of stock, although there is no guarantee that all items shown are still in stock by the time you order.

If however you happen to order an out-of-stock item in multipl quantities, we will notify you via phone if a substitute for the out of stock item is possible, if any.

We advise that you provide the correct number that is in your profile so that we can reach you promptly. If you cannot be reached by phone, we will write you an email the next day.

We highly recommend that you respond right away to avoid delay of your shipment. It is one of our missions to know and meet your needs in the best way possible.

If there is no substitute, we will issue refund check that ship together with your order for the missing items plus the corresponding shipping charge for those items, if any.

$200-$400 – 15% discount
$401-$600 – 18% discount
$601-$800 – 22% discount
$801 & above 25% discount

The discounts above are applicable only to the prices of grocery merchandise items, not to charges such as shipping and handling cost.
 

8. Mishandled Delivery
Ipadala.net handles and packs your orders with care, most especially with breakable and fragile items. The ownership of the shipment passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Pilipinomart, however, pays heavy attention to our customer satisfaction and has a policy to help our customers file their claims.
 
In the event your order was delivered to you and you discovered a damage as a result of courier mishandling and rough transportation, you must notify 
I-padala.net within 5 days. You will be asked to take a picture of
1. all the original shipping cartons,
2. of the packing (inner and outer) and
3. of the contents that were damaged.
These pictures should be sent in together with a copy of your invoice and a written note describing the pictures and your claim to:

 
9.You may also be required to retain the package and contents until the claim is resolved. To avoid delay in processing claims, these guidelines must be adhered to with strictest compliance.  

10. Final Note
I-padala.net will not be responsible for the goods delivered to incorrect address information given by the sender, for the unsuccessful deliveries arising from recipient being not present at the time of delivery to the address given by the sender or from recipient refusing the shipment, and for reduced goods quality as a result of incorrect delivery address given by the sender, or as a result of re-route requested by the sender. 

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
